EDA Solutions’ Standard Support means that all our fee paying customers, regardless who they are, will receive a high quality, comprehensive leve of support.

Customers have access to the SupportHub portal which offers self-service resources including technical application notes within the KnowledgeBase, Quick Videos to help you learn, grow and thrive with Siemens EDA and Galaxy Semiconductor products.

These included customer support offerings are great when you have question how the tools work or when they do not do what you want them to do!
