Your Role: Driving Customer Success and Business Growth

Ideal Candidate Profile
We’re looking for a recent electronic engineering graduate who has discovered their passion lies in the commercial side of technology rather than pure technical roles. You’ll work directly with some of Europe’s leading semiconductor engineers, helping them solve complex design challenges while developing your own expertise in customer success, marketing, and business development.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Success & Engagement
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure they are fully supported and productive with our solutions
- Act as key contact for our Customer Support Management program, identifying needs and working with account managers
Marketing & Communications
- Plan, design, and distribute monthly newsletters and blog content
- Implement digital marketing activities using LinkedIn, Google Ads, Google Analytics
- Coordinate lead-generation programs including webinars, video and content creation
- Support website maintenance and industry conference participation
Sales Support & Lead Management
- Manage the inbound lead lifecycle from inquiry to account manager handoff
- Monitor and track leads in Salesforce, ensuring proper resolution
- Lead nurturing: Engage with prospects to understand requirements and qualify opportunities
- Collaborate with account managers throughout sales cycle
What You Bring
Essential
- Recent degree in electronic engineering or related technical field, ideally with business/marketing coursework
- Clear interest in pursuing a commercial/business career path rather than traditional engineering roles
- Natural ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong empathy for engineering challenges and ability to speak the language of IC/chip designers
- Excellent phone and interpersonal communication skills
- Self-motivated with strong organizational abilities and eagerness to learn
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
Highly Desirable
- Coursework or additional study in business, marketing, or sales
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively under pressure
- Any practical experience in business development, marketing or customer-facing roles
- Understanding of semiconductor/electronics industry challenges and workflows
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce or similar), Google Analytics, Google Ads, digital marketing tools and social media platforms
Reporting Structure
You will report directly to the Business Development Director with close collaboration with the Finance Manager. This structure ensures you receive mentorship in both commercial strategy and operational excellence.
